Dot Bourquin is a watercolor painter and teacher who paints people, flowers, still lifes, and landscapes, in a colorful contemporary style that is loosely figurative. She loves the watercolor medium for its flowing, liquid nature and sometimes unforeseen results (often referred to as "happy accidents"), and feels it is a marvellous bridge to our creative subconscious.

Dot has been painting and showing her work since the early 80's.  Her watercolors are to be found in private collections in Switzerland, France, Germany, New Zealand, and the U.S.
